Frequently Asked Questions

Why do printed colors look different from what I see on screen?

Screens use the RGB color mode, while printing is done in CMYK, which means colors on screen tend to appear more vibrant, while printed results may look slightly darker. Even if you choose Ultra Wide Color RGB printing, the final output can only be close to the screen colors — an exact match is not possible. A color difference of around 10% is generally considered normal.

If you require higher color accuracy, we also offer Pantone spot color printing. This method requires a custom plate setup and is recommended for large-volume orders or projects with specific color requirements.

If you're interested in Pantone printing, feel free to contact our customer service via Line or email. We'll provide a detailed quotation and production advice.
